I've purchased two pairs of Miz Mooz sandals from QVC, and I wouldn't hesitate to buy another pair from the brand.  I'm not one to have issues with needing arch supports, so I can't speak to that, but I can say the sandals I purchased were comfy and needed no break-in period.  The TSV isn't my style, so I'm going to pass, but I look forward to seeing what else they bring to QVC.

I don’t care for this “gladiator” style. It chops off the leg and not very flattering for most women who aren’t gifted with the longer legs. It’s a shame because they are nice quality and pretty colors. It was an easy pass for me. I did appreciate they offered free shipping however.
