Masterbuilt XXL Turkey Fryer

Can you do boneless turkey breasts as well as bone-in turkey breasts? If so, does temperature/timing change? Thanks.

Hi @Karen13!

Thanks for the question.  You can fry a bonless turkey breast, but the timing is not as precise as the formula for bone-in (which would be 7 minutes per lb.).  We recommend you begin with a cook time of 20 minutes, then test the internal temp.  It is done when it reaches 165 degrees.  You can lower back into the oil for 5 minute increments until you reach the desired internal temp.

Thanks,

Re: Masterbuilt XXL Turkey Fryer

This same turkey fryer is at Costco for the same price. Yes, it says up to a 20lb turnkey at Costco. It always goes on sale before Thanksgiving and you don't have to pay shipping. If you don't like it, you also don't have to pay shipping.

Who the heck is going to pay $20 for shipping. Most places give you free shipping when you spend over $50. Why pay for somethig when you can get it for less with hasslefree shipping?
