The poultry is always beautiful. I didn't think you could get edible poultry skin when smoking. How do you prepare the skin to get the golden brown color and does it taste good?  Is it best just to remove the skin after smoked?

Hi @phoophoo! Some people don't like the texture of poultry skin after smoking. To get the golden brown results, rub the meat with extra virgin olive oil before smoking.

Thanks for being here all day in the forums.  More vendor reps should do that.  I've been unable to see all your presentations but the Smoker looks like a great product!  How long is the warranty?
