I guess when items like these that are produced in mass volume there will be broken lights or there will be ones that don’t work. I decided years ago I will not buy any more battery operated illuminated items. I have enough and over time they stop working all together. There are many quality made items I bought over 20 years ago that still work. Within the past 5 years I would say none of my illuminated battery operated items I have purchased work at all. I read most of the negative reviews on this item and there are too many. Quality Assurance failed on this TSV.
