Has anyone received theirs? I ordered mine on the day it was offered as a TSV (2/7), received an email that it's been delayed but nothing about when to expect it and customer service was no help.

I was told when I called several days ago that I couldn't cancel because it was "in process" but there has been no movement!

Here it is today 2/19 and it still hasn't shipped...I don't want it anymore.

Mine arrived yesterday. I haven't tried it yet but it looks very nice.

I ordered two. The sailor was shipped immediately but I got an email last week stating the gunmetal will be delayed. I did get the gunmetal Saturday. I love both kits. I hope you get yours soon.

I ordered two sets of the bronze before it was even aired and received it right away. I ordered the sailor one when it was on air and also received it very fast. It was so popular I am surprised they are not making more of these, it is still sold out.

Same for me. They did say give it 7 days its way past that. I don't want a return. I would have rather them cancel it the first or second time I contacted them.

@tf I feel the same way and at this point I don't want it....can't imagine why it's taking so long and why I can't cancel!

@haddon9 I had placed an order with QVC for a pair of shoes on October 6th. It was in process until October 26th. I also kept getting emails saying the shipment was delayed... with no reason or anticipated ship date provided. I was unable to cancel it until October 26th because it was "in process". Since then I have only placed two orders with QVC. Both orders were for the Tova Signature Eau de Parfum. The only other place where I can purchase it is on Tova's website. But the Q's price is better ..even with the shipping fee. I doubt I will purchase anything else besides the Tova Signature from QVC because their shipping costs are high; the shipping process is slow .... and most items can be purchased elsewhere for better prices with no shipping fees. Or the same price with no shipping fees.
