Luminara Set of 2 Flameless

I ordered the Luminara set of 2 flameless and just attempt to cancel and I keep getting an error message that says it is not working at this time to try back or call customer service. Customer service is close and I'm thinking by the time they open in the morning my order will be marked shipped or unable to cancel. Right now it is showing that I should be able to cancel but when I get to the last part of the cancel procedure where I'm to confirm I want to cancel I get the error message. I don't like the sound of this.
