Same here, says it shipped on the 11th, but no update after that.  I'm done shopping the Q, between long ship times and then paying to return....  they can do better.

@LilL a week after ordering & mine is still in process, CS rep told me they ship directly from vendor. Stone Age shipping, ugh

I ordered a very different Lug bag on the same day as their TSV.  I'm still waiting for it to be delivered.

I read on this forum that Lug's warehouse is in Canada, so it takes extra time for red-tape and hand-over of delivery companies to get orders out.  I wish Lug would be a bit more forthcoming about their delivery times when they do their presentations.

I asked QVC CS if they have any update on my "shipped" order that has seen no movement in days.  I was told the estimated delivery date is the 22nd, so they ask if I can wait to see if it gets delivered by then.  I'll wait.

Nowhere in the presentation, order or updated status does it give an estimated delivery date of 2/22.  So they keep that from the customer, but QVC can see that information??

I'm completely done with Lug bags.

My TSV order has finally gotten on a truck and is actually on its way.

Scheduled to arrive Friday, which will be four days after it's original estimated delivery date.

Re: Lug 02-07 TSV

[ Edited ]

Back in January I ordered a cosmetic trolley for an upcoming trip.  After placing my order it said the estimated delivery would be in 3 weeks.  No where did it say that as I was placing the order or I wouldn't have ordered in the first place since my trip was in 10 days. I was surprised it let me cancel the order the next day.

Ended up finding one on Ebay that was new with tags except for a different color.  It was $15 cheaper than the Q and included free shipping.  It arrived in 4 days.

Won't order Lug from QVC again because I found out it's shipped directly from the vendor an there is usually a 3 week delay.

I got my Lug TSV today and I love it!

For me it was worth the wait.

Great news @geezerette! What's the material like? Is it heavy, soft, etc.?

@sugar plum

It's heavier than Lug's polyester fabric, but I don't think it's as heavy as a leather bag of the same size would be.  I can't carry leather bags anymore because of their weight, but even filled with all my stuff this isnt too heavy for me.

Yes, it's soft, but it doesn't really feel like leather to me, I guess because it's textured and not smooth like most leathers.  It's substantial enough to keep its shape (stands up great) but soft enough to be pliable.  It looks like a canvas or twill fabric.

I hope she makes the Splits XL wallet in this material--I'd love one of those.

ETA:  I forgot to mention it comes in a dust bag.

Thank you for such a detailed description @geezerette! 😊 A dust bag too, what a surprise.

Now I wished I bought one...I just wasn't sure if it would be too heavy. I can't carry leather bags either; neck issues. I'll be sure to keep my eye out for other Lug purses in this fabric.
