I think that not buying from someone or, even more important, not ENDORSING someone who goes on such rants and who makes such insulting, crudely rude remarks about other people is perfectly appropriate.

Nope. There is no excuse for the things this woman has said and I'm ashamed of QVC for continuing to do business with her and showcasing her items. She deserves the exact same treatment that Paula Deen received - show her the door and don't let her back in.
