Re: Lindt Lindor Truffles

[ Edited ]

Edited to Add: sorry I got the math wrong. $50.00 for 150 Ct bag of truffles. Let's see, that makes it about $3.00 a piece. Easy pass for me.

Thats .33 cents a piece not $3.00.

DH just LOVES those Lindt Lindor truffle chocolates--but he will have to eat them all by himself if I order them, as I am a Godiva fan.

You can't buy a candy bar for under $1.50 these days.  6 truffles for under $2.00 isn't so bad.  Plus the wrapping is festive.

They are delicious, but we prefer dark chocolate.   Costco will have them on sale closer to the holidays.

I used to love these, but now I find them too rich.  I bought a bag of 100 at the Lindt store at the end of last year and I ended up giving them all away.  Most to my friend's husband who really loves them.

DH doesn't like them and I just don't know what I was thinking!  I guess it was the "sale" Lindt was having that got me.  I had a $5 reward...they didn't have what I wanted, so I ended up buying the pick and mix bag.

Instead of just spending the $5 reward I had, I spent another $26 on top of it!  I can resist them now.

We used to love them but they are too sweet for us now. We do buy them for thank you gifts and for holiday family meals when Costco puts them on sale. Their prices are great!!
