Light Stem TSV

I purchased Light Stem in 2011. Does anyone know if the current Light Stem TSV, other than a revised handle, is any different from the older version? I know that Light Stem is now approved for use on the entire face, but does this current model work exactly like the older version? Thanks for any responses!
