I'm having same issues from Q's customer purchase the Lenox flatware set. David and Lenox representative on the air stating register online or mail the card enclosed with my order but no where on line can register it will take you to Lenox website,very frustrating which I should easy brezzy but customer had to suffer and waste time for the incorrect info. Please guide or give us"CUSTOMER" a reliable sources.
