This 7.5 quart chef's oven is on sale for $299 on the LC website.  And you get a whole oven; imagine that!

If you prefer the size of the TSV, you can get the whole (top and bottom) 3.5 quart for 350.00. They call it a soup pot but it is the same shape as the Chef's Oven.

My Le Creuset soup pot arrived from WS and I love it!  It's a lot larger than I expected (and that's a good surprise).  The pot will be versatile for soups. chili, stir fry dishes, and sautes.  I am very pleased.
