Laura Geller TSV still 'In Process"

I ordered the Monday TSV a day early - on Sunday b/c I received the 'preview' email. It was the Laura Geller Tropics kit.

But my shipment hasn't shipped yet. It's still 'in process'. Is anyone else having this problem?

It's very frustrating.

I think LG has some serious distribution problems. I remember a past LG TSV that was cancelled at the last minute b/c one of the items wasn't yet available to ship.
