i buy the LAMO brand in my regular size 8m......have never found a need to go up or down in size.

Has this happened to anyone? I preordered the pink. Got a shipping email with tracking. Ups ""returned to sender"" same day it shipped! Now they're sold out! Customer service has no idea what happened. I'm so upset.

Ever happen to anyone? Did you get it eventually? Sigh....

I've never heard of that happening. Maybe you could call UPS with the tracking number and see what they say?

Just called ups and they said Q called in the return request. Q says they don't know anything. So upset.

I kind of don't care about the label on the back of the boot. If I like them, they are comfortable and a good deal awesome. I got the orange. Uggs do not carry the boot in orange. They did about 6 years ago but not now. I have my fair share of Ugg boots but I am open to getting a different brand if I can get a color that I want.

My sequined Lamos that I bought about three years ago on QVC have held up beautifully. They became my "go to" boot for running around doing errands in the winter. I wore them in the rain and everything and they aren't treated, but they look like new.
