Why do they call that a 'trolley' ?? I always thought a trolley had wheels on it. To me that TSV looks like a duffel type bag, not a trolley.

Are you serious?  This woman sells.  That's her job.  Just like the QVC sales people.  No matter who is selling you a product, you should never buy because of who is selling it.  You need to do your own research too.
