I ordered the LUG TSV and it's showing shipped.  When I track it it's showing awaiting carrier pickup since Monday Nov 13.  Has anyone else noticed this with their order.  I know it's shipped from the vendor also.   I'm in no hurry for the order.  Just curious.   Thanks!

@GabbyAnn.  So what are you curious about?  If it's awaiting carrier pick-up, it's obviously not on the road and moving yet but should be soon.

@GabbyAnn My lug orders never start moving until Wednesday or Thursday. They are coming from Canada so I assume it's a customs thing. I live in Georgia and they usually show up on Saturday here. Good Luck!

It happens with a lot of orders, not just Lug.  Be patient.  It's waiting for pickup, just like it says.

Shippers tend to jump the gun when they say it's "shipped".  It doesn't necessarily mean your order is actually on a truck on the road yet.

Check back in a day or two and you'll have updates.

@Kachina624   I was just curious if anyone else's order status said the same thing.  I placed one order during the summer and the status showed "awaiting carrier pickup" but it was never picked up and QVC had to refund my money, which was all they could do since the item sold out.  I was simply asking a question.

@geezerette Thank you very much.  That's all I was asking.  I appreciate it.  Truthfully, my daughter will be coming home next week for Thanksgiving, and since I haven't seen her in a few months I was hoping to surprise her with an early Christmas gift.  Again, thanks so much!

@GabbyAnn I think "shipped" means from QVC's side the process is started.  QVC has done what they need to do in shipping.  It's then up to the carrier to pick up and transport the item.  I've seen this on other items and not just Lug.

@GabbyAnn    The closest I know is that tracking is terribly frustrating no matter who the source is, but I've had every one of my QVC orders by the EDD I saw when I placed the order.   Hope you can surprise your daughter!

I ordered the TSV, a Dory bag, and a chain strap on the day of the Lug TSV. All three show on my orders page as shipped on the 13th. The Dory bag and the chain strap have both departed the the facility in Buffalo, so they're on the way. However, like you, the TSV is still awaiting carrier pickup.
