Ordered the orange for a birthday gift on Oct. 18th. That is out of course. Now shooting for a them as a Christmas gift. Mine are in progress now. Fingers Crossed!!! But... has any one found out what the issue actually was????

I received my black pair 12-1. I ordered up a size, and they are still too small. I'll be returning mine. Call me vain, but I ordered a size 10 and they're too small - I just can't order a size 11.

I cancelled my order because of the vagueness of the problem and delayed shipping. I went ahead and bought other boots at Kohls. But QVC shipped the LAMOS to me anyway the first of this week. I got the Chestnut color in size 9. I tried them on and should have sized up because I would wear socks with them. They are really snug without socks. I will be calling customer service because I don't think I should have to pay to send them back.
