Hi..

Do any of you know if there will be a TSV for a KitchenAid stand mixer before Christmas this year? On QVC or HSN?

Thanks so much

Best Buy typically has good pre-Christmas sales on them. I got one (5 qt Pro Plus) through them two years ago for around $199. With Amazon's Prime sale kicking off tomorrow, other retailers will be following suit. Keep an eye out for sales tomorrow and you might find a similar deal.

@rybaby    QVC always has a Kitchenaid mixer sometime before Christmas, however, you might get a better deal elsewhere.  Watch the ads, shop around.

There is a KitchenAid TSV on Sunday,  October 23rd.

The last TSV was a handmixer, so I would imagine this is a stand mixer in time for Thanksgiving.

Check out HSN.  Saw one on there but did not watch long enough to know when it showed or showing.

Re: KitchenAid TSV?

@rybaby

HSN today Sunday October 16.....

Please read the reviews for this item.. HERE ON QVC'S site from when they sold it, both on QVC and the Big A to start. This would be an expensive item to return.

The ones on HSN look like the leftovers that didn't sell when it was the TSV on QVC ( who owns both outfits now).

I was surprised at all the negative reviews for this machine. I had one from years ago and the bowl lift mechanism that lifts the bowl is mostly plastic parts that failed over time. There are lots of videos on You Tube how to make a repair to that part if needed and you have the gumption to do it.

I notice on HSN they never mention a guarantee, and, it LOOKS to me like the wire whisk is not coated or stainless steel, which seemed to be problem in reviews.

I don't hear them hawking "Made in America" either....I think it's because of the reviews. It still is, but I think because of the reviews, and the competition from companies like NInja, they may be embarrassed to do so.

Too bad. This is NOT your grandmother's mixer.

Good luck.
