Kathy VanZeeland Bag - Is it nappa or vinyl?

Hi ladies! Our TV is down so all I have is the online description - and I'm confused. They're calling it "KVZ Nappa Zip-top Convertible Bag," but the description reads vinyl. Anybody know which one is correct? The pics look more like vinyl, but why would they call it nappa?

Also, have they given the length of the strap when it's extended? That's not listed online either.
