Just received my Dooney and Bourke embossed snakeskin bag

Was excited to see my box being delivered today. I opened it and not sure if I'm keeping it or not. The embossed design has fuzzy stuff on it and my wristlet that came with the bag has deep,bright pink scratches on it. Kinda disappointed.
