My delivery date was for the 2nd now it says the 7th I'm sure they will be hard as a rock when I receive them. Customer service here I come!

Mine are delayed due to weather and better if cold than hot out.  They probably will be just fine.    I got the savory.

I would be surprised if they sent out stale bagels. They probably are backed up in the cooking process, which affects the delivery....hopefully.
