Thank you to those who answered my question.  I decided not to order the TSV.  I will just continue to use the products I have.

@AnjalenaQVC  as @jazzbabe mentioned, the description says that a bag DOES come with every shipment.  However, they never mentioned it during the shows.   Kind of confusing.....
