Loving the denim shirt but at 29 1/2" long it would swim on my 5'1" figure.  Also, the sleeves would have to be rolled up and I don't like that look. The petite model on this morning had the sleeves rolled up and they still looked baggy.  Joan was very short and would not have worn this at that length.  Nice shirt; wish I could order!

@Catch71, you took the words right out of my postWoman LOL!  I really don't understand why they did not make it in petites.  As you mentioned, Joan was our height.Woman Frustrated

Joan isn't here to advocate for us petite girls.  Just like most brands they make for the "average" woman.  That's where they will make the most money.  I'm not surprised by this at all.

This shirt also runs big.  I'm an XL and 5'7" and even the L is two inches too large in the bust and the next size down will be too small.  I've bought one of her denim big shirts before and I won't wear it because of the sizing issues.... wish I could wear it too.

Still too much $$ for a shirt--don't care who makes it!!  Needs to be about $15 less for a TSV

I have some of Joan's boyfriend shirts in petite and love them. These shirts would swim on me in regular sizing. The TSV is made in huge quantities. You would think they'd make this in oetites. I will not buy until they do.

Also, there is no shape to the shirt.  I'm 5'3" and slim.  I need some shaping (princess seams in a top like this) to my tops.  This shirt would just hang on me.

Yes, QVC surely does not seem to court the petite woman.  I am five-two and many times feel like girls like us are forgotten.  I know this must be a decision made by higher-ups, but one has to wonder why many high quality major brands routinely offer petite clothing.  Obviously, they are selling to petite women.  I appreciate some petite offerings, but so much of what I buy is no longer from QVC.  Of course, 3/4 sleeves on tops will be ok.  I, for one, feel sorry for our tall sisters, as they are so frequently ignored, as well.

Us short waisted ladies are also forgotten. Most tops seems to be tunic length. Not crazy for the fringe either.

It's 100 pecent cotton.  Will it shrink?
