I was thinking of getting the med light.  But just didn't preorder due to not many raves on youtube about it.  Best I saw was people doing mixing and such to get it to not look so dry.

I just looked in my supply and I have unopened tubes of reg and illumination in various colors.  Easy skip for me this time.

This a brand new IT product. That some shades are sold out and not wait listed makes me think it’s a problem with IT’s distribution and not QVC’s ordering.

It is annoying, they should have ordered more of the new colors.  I wanted to see the presention of the fair light but it was gone.  Luckily I pre-ordered it but not sure it is the right color because they didn't show it.  Why don't they do the swatches on the arm anymore, it is really annoying.  I want to see the shades

Pretty soon they'll be telling everyone not to worry if their shade is sold out, just get the medium. It seems to be their default shade (and spiel when colors sell out).

Boy, are you right about cancelling items!  I've ordered something in the morning and by afternoon or early evening couldn't even cancel or change the color or size!  Even calling in and talking to a representative doesn't help as he/she can't cancel or change either.  It's made me very picky about what I get because I know it's pretty much set in stone within an hour of ordering these days! I know about preordering but still wanted to see the makeup on someone in the studio just to be sure of the shade and believe other women do the same thing.  Since my skin is drier and older, I wasn't sure this would be right for me but feel badly for those who really wanted to try it.

I was so tempted to buy the TSV. It seemed that it was everything I wanted and I would use the products. But I went to order and my color is no longer available. Looks like I just saved myself some money.

Too often the sets have items that I don't care for because of the shade or I don't need the item. That is why I wanted to buy the TSV.

Now they are saying to order a shade close to what you needed if what you wanted is sold out and you can change selection on next auto delivery.  Why not just have enough in stock since these "sold out" items are extremly early in the day.  Why not Wait List at least?

Figuring the new colors would sell out first (and fast) I pre-ordered immediately. I am very oily and cool toned. All the other IT versions of this slid around my face and were too yellow. I ordered the new ccol toned colors Fair Light and Light Med. They are out for delivery TODAY!! Can’t wait!

I am tired of this pre-sale thing.  Give everyone a fair chance on the day of the sale. Just another sell tactic and I am tired of it.  I will shop elsewhere and avoid the frustration.

I was bummed that the light/medium was sold out before the presentation.  I think we are all fully aware we can buy it during the pre-sale, but like some others have said, I wanted to see it presented because I don't know whether or not it is a good product for my dry skin.  My guess is it is not as hydrating as the original CC, which I use & love, but, I would have purchased it and mixed it with my original CC if I liked the way it looked during the presentation.  I haven't yet seen the presentation (it's only 7:15 am in my state), so I'm not even going to decide if the light or medium might work until I see it presented.  Hopefully, they will be in stock when the next live presentation comes on in a few hours (there isn't even a presentation video online).
