@Sweet_Serenity No idea how I have ever missed the presale option. Good to know! I’m curious to know who presented this and exactly when? Also, did they show models wearing all the shades or just the new shades? A presale of a new color must have been demonstrated, right?

I'm watching the presentation on QVC2 right now.  Do any of you know what color the model Helen is wearing?  Desiree didn't say (at least not in this presentation).

@SurferWife - I'm not watching, but I can tell you Helen usually wears the Light (as I do).

I'm not interested in this at all. I'm sticking to my favorite Confidence in a Compact! Smiley Happy

Thanks @beach-mom!  I do love Confidence in a Compact, too!  I wear Light in that, so I'm thinking I might use Light in this, too, only I have pink undertones.  I really wanted the Light/Medium, but it sold out in the pre-sale.  I suppose if the Light is too light, I can mix it with my regular CC cream which is medium.

Now they are saying to order a shade close to what you needed if what you wanted is sold out and you can change selection on next auto delivery.  Why not just have enough in stock since these "sold out" items are extremly early in the day.  Why not Wait List at least?

I heard exactly what you heard @Blk&GoldFan, but with the very next host presenting it (Carolyn Gracie), the producer in her ear corrected her to tell viewers they could not change shades in the next shipment of the auto-delivery order.  She said it was because inventory was already so low and there would be no inventory in stock later to fulfill the next auto-delivery with a different shade.

If you were lucky enough to get a shade that is now sold out, but you got yours on auto-delivery, won't they have to fulfill your auto-delivery of that same shade?

I just checked to see a video of it again, and the video has been taken down.  No video of the TSV??  I would not be surprised if it's because of that statement they are all making about changing shades and auto-delivery, especially with so many shades selling out.

I don't understand how anyone can order foundation online if you haven't been previously color matched or purchased that color previously.

You have a color variation on your computer, on your phone, on your TV, it's not what you think it is.

Maybe the Q selling out was a good thing, one less item that needs to be returned???

I’m VERY DISAPPOINTED! I even messaged Jaime on fb so I could make a wise decision but no reply..... I use light in regular cc but it is a bit gray on my pink undertone skin so read all I could on fair light and light medium which supposedly have pink or cool undertones so I decided to wait for the presentation to make a wise selection. How can they bring in long-awaited new shades and have them sold out before we can even see it? So disappointed and not purchasing this in light.

Totally agree.  This happened when they introduced another product.  The cooler tones were also sold out prior to the first airing.
