I was wondering why she'd be wearing a turtle neck sweater at this time of year!  It's still summer where I live.  Maybe you're right....maybe it's a "preview".

@KrimpetteIn the fashion world, I think summer ends on August 1.

I know when I had a teaching wardrobe, I shopped for September-December in August.  Now because I'm a snowbird and live 90% or more of my life in summer, I stop shopping on August 1.  I don't want fall/winter much and what's left for sale or clearance is really picked over.

@millieshops. I can understand buying now for fall and winter, I just don't understand dressing for winter (with a turtleneck sweater) when it's 90 degrees, and will be for at least the next month.  At least where I live.  Guess I'm just not much of a "fashionista"!

I’m breaking out into a sweat just thinking about a turtleneck. 😓 😓 😓

@KrimpetteI have 2 basic turtlenecks left in my wardrobe, one here in NY and one I leave in Florida.  One is so old that it still has the ubitquitous velcro-in shoulder pads of its era. I haven't worn either forever, but I'm not tossing them just because I'd never want to buy one.

As for the models wearing them?  They're in A/C and attired to sell.  They probably rip them off just as soon as they're out of camera range.  I'd feel sorry for them, but every job requires sacrifice of some sort so no tears here.

That is the TSV for Issac. I think it looked form fitting and material looked thin. Not a good look.

I think its cute, but its August 12/13 and in California we have 6 weeks of summer left and then go into Indian summer {no that is not a racist comment its just called that} so I wouldn't be wearing this until late October/November

I am so disappointed, that is a pretty poor TSV.

It looks "cheap", nothing high end designer with that turtleneck.

I looked through all the "new" and just not happy with the offerings this Fall.  I'm not into bell sleeves, chiffon, a top with tons of fabric hanging, or even the printed pants.

While I usyually love turtleneck tops, the sleeves and wide hemline ruined it.
