I'm sorry but this top is not designed well at all. Why on earth would you add a peplum with horizontal stripes? It's like a bulls-eye drawn on your tummy, saying, "Look at me!"

Even the model is slouching, trying to minimize the look of the peplum. Sorry, Isaac--this is awful!

When I first saw the pictures on the home page, I thought QVC was selling children's clothes.  Then I realized what it was.  Not something I'd be able to wear, much as I like Isaac's clothing line, for the most part.

I LOVE ISAAC, but this top is cute for someone who is tiny tiny....

petite size 2 would love this.

Just not for me.  My waist is way to thick a bigger chest to even attempt this one.
