Is anyone getting the Keurig mini brewer?

It definitely is a good value, but unless they (Keurig) have addressed the glitches these coffeemakers had the last time they were a TSV, I feel like the returns will only double.

I purchased this model last year when it was a TSV, and I got one solitary cup of coffee, before the machine quit heating up the water in the small reservoir. It literally came out as cold as it had gone in, and all of that after following the specific instructions included on how to work this particular unit.

I went back to using my original mini brewer which I was hoping to pass on to my daughter and have the thinner profile/footprint of this one on my office desk, since my space is limited now. Either way, I do hope they fixed the issues and that those that get it, get lots of use and enjoyment from it.

I purchased 2 of these a year ago when QVC had them as a TSV. One of them never worked properly and I went back and forth with Keurig trying to figure it out, because I was past my return date with QVC. The most they could offer me was a coupon for coffee. Geez. How helpful. The second one stopped working a couple of months ago. I just put both of them in the trash this week. I got tired of seeing them sitting there and reminding me of my poor buying choice. I will keep using my larger Keurig that I've had for years. Hate it when I waste money like this, and these are way too expensive for what they are. Ugh. Glad I didn't gift that second one like I had originally planned.

I purchased the mini the last time it was a TSV. Ours broke (with pretty light use) after a few months. I should have sent it back, but we tossed the box right away, so we just got rid of it. Unless they have improved significantly, I would not buy it again.

ETA I replaced it with a regular full size Keurig - which gets daily use - and works great.

I had another brand of mini brewer which lasted about 6 months but was under $30. I've been tempted to get a Keurig mini but for me the pods are too expensive. I'll stick to my Folger's Instant--LOL!!!

I would love to have a mini brewer for our RV. The full size one takes up too much room on the counter, but my DH always uses a travel mug. The mini brewer only holds a mug up to 7 inches tall. That is not tall enough.

I like idea that there is no water tank and you need fresh water each and every time. One time I found a huge bumble bee floating in the water tank..yuck. The brewers with the tank cannot over winter in the RV because the water inside the unit that cannot be removed, freezes and causes damage.

I will wait, hoping they will make a taller mini brewer.

@RetRN Unless this is GREATLY improved from last year's version, I can't recommend it. Mine never worked properly, and finally just died after a few months. Well past the return date, of course, so I just threw it away.

I bought a Hamilton Beach version from Walmart...way less expensive and works great!

No, I already have a Keurig. I wanted to get one for my parents for Christmas, but it's taller than their existing machine and wouldn't fit in the space they have for it. Too bad - it is a good value.
