IT Team Needs to Answer Questions on Main Product Page!

I just noticed there are A LOT of unanswered questions on the main page of the TSV. 

 

 

 

I can't understand why someone from the IT team is not on top of this. First, people are shopping now! It won't help to get to them later. Second, "Leslie" from QVC customer care recommended a color that is not even offered! 

 

 

 

QVC customer care representatives are helpful, but all they can do is go by what they read. They don't know the product like the vendor's team do.

 

 

 

 

The Belle by Kim Gravel team is GREAT at keeping up with questions. There may be other vendors I'm not familiar with who do too. But ALL vendors' teams  should be checking this page constantly on TSV day.

 

 

 

 

BTW, the TSV is not for me. I do like IT products, but I don't even wear self tanner!

These questions and answers are not by the product team or IT, although, at times, a representative for the brand will answer some questions. As stated, these are COMMUNITY Questions and Answers. Meaning, it's the consumers that answer these questions, not really possible with a new product.

@cjm61 - It all depends how you interpret "community." I interpret it to mean the WHOLE QVC community, which includes vendors.

 

 

I do appreciate vendors who answer questions when their TSV is being presented. They are the only ones who know the TSV. If you look through you will find quite a few vendors do this.  Smiley Happy

@beach-mom Yesterday prior to the TSV launch IT/QVC had a facebook chat talking about this product, the chat's still showing & there's also a link to IT's facebook page listed so I'm wondering if that would be a good resource for anyone having questions. 

 

But I do agree w/you that someone from IT should b answering the questions here if they want to sell this here.

I don't do FB and I find it irritating that vendors want their customers to join in on chats over there. I'm not doing that. Sorry.
