I bought this in August at the TSV price and am happy with it for my winter bag.  I can stick the fanny pack I wear in the gym inside it when I go to the gym and easily remove it otherwise.  In the winter, I normally keep my keys, metrocard, & phone in a pocket, but when I need to stash them,I can get them easily from this bag.  I don't carry it cross body much, but the two other straps are long enough for me to carry it on one shoulder while  resting it on my back if I'm carrying extra stuff after a quick stop at a store.  I keep a couple of folded larger bags in case I buy more.  It is a little heavy, but not like a leather or even vegan leather bag would be.  

I have a medium sized Lug tote that I bought for this purpose and to use as a travel tote, but it is too small to carry the fanny pack or for travel. I have a much larger IHKWIP tote that I use as a carry on bag when flying. 

Frankly, I'd rather use a regular backpack, but they are too hard on my deteriorating shoulders these days.  I also like being able to get to my wallet, etc., wthout taking it off. I don't carry this for long enough periods that it kills my shoulder and I make an effort to keep the weight down (frequent purges).

i bought 2 of these as TSV and returned both.  they had creases that basically ruined the bag. 

there were a lot of those kind of reviews. 

i am sure they have a ton of these bags and need to move them. 

it measures larger than their stated measurements. 

while i generally love their products and have several bags, this one was a miss.  bad packaging (permanent creases) and misleading measurements.
