I really dislike peplum tops so not buying. I don’t think they are flattering on most people. Agree with those who have posted that he seems to do lots of peplum tops.

If you're petite and short-waisted, peplum shirts just don't work.They make you look frumpy and fat.

 

I love Isaac, but not this TSV!

One of his "peplum" shirts is a Primetime special for tonight at 20 bucks.  It has the same princess seaming as this.  I think the difference is that one is really a fit and flare because I don't see the waist seam for the peplum.
