I was one of the first to order (midnight, 9 pm California time).
Status was "Shipped July 7."
No movement. At all. UPS never received.
So it was never shipped, in fact.
I contactedf the wonderful social team, but they said no replacement could be sent, just a refund.
Since tens of thousands were sold, many people might not be regular Q buyers, I wanted to alert people.
Didn't receive your TSV? You are not alone.
Serious problem, in my view, with BlendJet company.

@1Professor I have a couple of these. I love them. That being said, I never ordered them off of QVC. I ordered all of mine direct from Blendjet. Always got them quick. With all the shipping/order mishaps I've been doing more and more direct from company orders. The Q seems to have a lot of webpage issues as well. So I come here to look, but tend to purchase else where and have fewer mishaps. ![]()

I posted a reply a bit earlier to another poster about this. I ordered 3 and they all say they haven't been received by UPS. But I had the exact same thing happen on the Lug tsv. It sat for about a week with no movement until it was finally sent to UPS. So I am just going to wait awhile and see if I get them before canceling.

However, in this case, the item was never in the Q warehouse.
BlendJet had them.
The message "SHIPPED" is generated by the vendor.
I think BlendJet was overwhelmed, understaffed, made some poor decisions? They generated UPS codes, then didn't send. How many weren't sent? I am anxious to find out more ...

@1Professor That is weird. I would have thought they came from a QVC warehouse. Maybe they were overwhelmed. You have a good question there. The answer (if you get one) should be interesting.

Plus you offer hope.
What is missing is the Q contacting the Vendor and alerting the buyers by message that it will come.
That contact would be one quick phone call. "Hey, some of our buyers haven't received anything and you haven't sent the items to UPS, even though you said it was shipped—what's up?"

@1Professor @Good to talk to you again as well. I keep getting locked out of the forums for some reason (yet another glitch) so I have not been around too often lately.
I agree that they definitely need to send a message after so many days and let everyone know if there is a hold up.

@1Professor With the delays in all shipments, it doesn't seem extraordinarily long to me. Mine was shipped on the 7th as well. It finally went from CA to MD yesterday. Typically that means from MD it should only be another 1 to 2 days before it gets to me. I'll just wait till the end of this week, it looks like it'll get delivered.

However, Q-wise, we expect long "in process"
but once the vendor tags "shipped" it rarely is long.
SHIPPED ALLOWS OUR CREDIT CARD TO BE CHARGED and the Vendor to be paid.

I replied about this in a previous thread that originally started in the Ktchen Forum. This really should post in the Customer Care Forum.
I too am having the same issue. Label created on July 7th and an "Origin Scan" from San Pablo CA on July 13th but no movement whatsoever on the package. I believe the EDD on my order was July 18th and the first installement has already been charged to my credit card.
The last time I ordered a Blend Jet 2 it was defective and it never worked. I think it shipped directly from the vendor. I'm not sure what the problem is with this company and their inability to ship in a timely manner. The defective blender they sent the last time I ordered also took forever to ship. Imagine my disappoinmet to wait so long only to get a unit that didn't work!
Hopefully these orders will ship, will work and not be defective upon arrival.
@Beth-QVC or @Anonymous can you kindly look into this problem we all seem to be having with our orders and advise. Thank you so much!
