Hi @cracker56 - No sharpening necessary!! This eyecolor is meant to apply all over the lid so you don't need a defined point. However, if you do want a more defined point to apply around the outer/inner corners of the eye or below the bottom lash, you can always angle the tip upon application to keep the point that it has when you first receive it.

What happens when the eye sticks wears down??? You would eventually have to sharpen right?

@cracker56 I am assuming it twists up like an eyeliner. That's how a lot of the shadow sticks are and some of the new lip color sticks by LG as well.
