I have both and the D&C is cut a little bit larger (more comfortable). I only buy the Isaac pima tee shirts and they fit closer to the body. They also shrink a littl ein the wash. I have not had that with the D&C. 

I do check the "click here measurements " guide but I don't find that very helpful. My size is right on edge so I rely on how it is cut--fitted, relaxed, etc. 

I prefer D&C for fit.

IM tops run smaller than D&Co. An XS in D&Co usually has a 37 inch chest measurement. An IM top in small is also usually 37 inches. I usually buy XS in D&Co & a S in Isaac. Still, I always check measurements for any garments before ordering.
