I have a semi-narrow foot with one being a 10 and one a 9 1/2 and want a thong sandal, what do you recommend

Gday @Linn B .  The Cassie sandal A262959 in medium would be a good choice and you have to accomodate the bigger foot so go for the 10.  Thanks - Steve.
