Help - TSV tracfone activation

Hi -

I just got my tracfone and am trying to activate it. I am following the directions on the Start Here card and logged into tracfone.com. I entered the serial number, but they are also asking for my Service Plan Pin. Am I supposed to get a separate piece of paper with this number on it? I've looked at everything in the package and cannot find any separate card or paper with this info. CS cannot help. I cannot get through to tracfone.

For any of you who activated this TSV tracfone, did you get a separate card with this info?

I haven't activated this new phone yet, but there is a slip of paper title Welcome Guide. Step 1 says Retrieve Your Airtime Pin call 1-888-238-0828. Good luck! There is also a note saying if you are an existing tracfone customer, then the airtime pin will be asked for after activation.

Maybe they mean your card with the minutes on it. It is usually green and you have to scratch off the back for the pin number. Call tracfone and they will help you if you have problems.

It seems I got everything in the package--promo material, the Start Here guide--all kinds of booklets--EXCEPT the Welcome Guide! I called the number you gave me and it worked!!
