Has it even been a month since this Dyson was a TSV?

[ Edited ]

It doesn't seem like it's been a month since they last tried to shove this Dyson down our throats.  It's not like it seemed to sell all that well the last time it was on.  Maybe they're are trying to get rid of what didn't sell then. Oh, I'm sure they'll say it was a big seller. Trying to figure if Dyson has interest in QVC, or if QVC has bought interest in Dyson.  The TSVs are sure boring.  Nothing special any longer.

I totally agree - very very boring.  Wednesday is ITKWD day - you'd think they would have a kitchen item.  Seems like the TSV's are all rehashed products - nothing fun or interesting anymore Smiley Sad

Not boring if you're desperate for a new vacuum!!

I really do not know that answer.... I never pay attention to their vacuums of any brand, totally boring. Boring product and boring presentations. I would rather buy a vacuum at a store so if I don't like it, I can easily return it anyhow. A vacuum to me is about as boring of a TSV than is a tree trimmer one. Do people not know about Best Buy and Home Depot?

Dyson is coming out with a more powerful V8 version of this vacuum later this month, so Q probably got a great deal from Dyson on scooping up their remaining inventory of this V6 version, that's probably why the 'hard sell' on this model.

The info on the new V8 vacuum is on Dyson's site.

They certainly do sell a lot of Dyson here.

That's what my first thought was...DYSON, AGAIN!?!

I no longer watch q at all, I check the web and that's about it.

I'd even rather watch 24hr politics coverage.....well, maybe pushing it a little, but Q does not peak my interest in the least anymore, I'd rather the thrill of the hunt in real stores.

I don't know how anyone could watch an entire hour of a vacuum presentation. If it is so complicated that I need that much instruction on how to use it, then I don't want it.

Maybe I'm off base here, as time does get away from me these days, but it seems several items get the TSV slot every couple of months (meaning several times a year or more).

They include My Pillow, Serta beds, Dyson 'sweeper of the year'. I know some things are big, and bringing them back seems smart as they sell a lot, but these things? Really? Over and over again, and the numbers sold don't seem to justify the number of hours on air and not moving other product.

I must be missing something.
