I'm the odd woman out I guess.  I think it is cute.  I can see it with a pair of slim ankle pants and wedge sandal.  I don't like the lighter colors except the gray.  I like the green and blue but will admit it wouldn't be my choice for a summer color!

I think the Halston TSV is beautiful.  I purchased the ocean blue color, and I think it looks just like the Mediterranean blue water.  The V-neck (most flattering on me), the longer short sleeves, the vertical chiffon -- yes, I love it.  It's breezy, flowing and will cover just enough.  I'll wear it with a slim pencil skirt, or slim pants.

I like it. I won't be getting it because I limit my purchases to certain brands on QVC, but the blush one is tempting. I love that color.

Agree with the Op, I am tired of clothes with extra fabric.

Watched TSV have yet to see this top look flattering. Model Brend xxsmall or xsmall TSV makes her look huge! Awful design.

I am with those who do not like the Halston TSV.  The first thing I thought of was who would wear something that draws the eye down to the crotch.  The fold ends in a non- flattering place.

Call me crazy, but I think this is one of the worst.

I think Shawn had something to do with bringing Cameron to QVC.  Maybe he listens to her regarding style.  Some of the H styles looks like something Shawn would wear.

I understand fashion style but that does not automatically make a fashion desirable to wear nor induce me to buy. One can admire a designer but not love every piece created. I think it's OK if a person likes or dislikes the TSV.
