many shoe companies don't offer 9.5

that's my sisters size

 

not sure why this is true now when a shopping channel has no stockroom restrictions, etc

I tried this brand once (not this shoe) and did not work at all for me. Instep was so tight could not even get my foot in. Returned. For me once I try a shoe and does not work I never order brand again, too expensive to keep returning. The only TV shoes I buy that work for me are select easy spirit. Used to buy more Birkies then I can count from Q, but those have now become bygone days. Sorry more information then OP asked for!
