This is totally unacceptable. You ordered at 12:15 am and it oversold? They continued to offer it throughout the day knowing they didn't have enough. Or they don't process the orders in the order they are received? Did people ordering after you get theirs? If so shame on QVC! Unfortunately this isn't the first time I've heard of this happening. Other posters have had similiar experiences & it seems the people that order first are left without. QVC owes you an explanation.

@sandybeach6565 Have you contacted the QVC Mods here on this Forum? You can put your request for assistance under Customer Care and someone will respond, they've been great about that here.
Are you saying that you placed your order at 12:15am, just 15 minutes into the day for the TSV, for the white HP Sprocket, and you received an order confirmation? Then you checked back later on the status and it said it was on backorder? Not advance order for the white ones from the beginning, but instead backorder? Something is odd. I'd certainly seek help from the Mods.

Try calling again. I ordered a white one at 12:52 am, and it shipped yesterday.

i ordered on the 14th at 7;15 am, received my confirmation letter, but as of now..my order status stays in process. they believe it wil be shipped, that the order info is just not updated. but it puts me in a bad position 3 shopping days before christmas. i did have my call escalated, but they said they don't have a contact at HP. Which I know is bull, for the companies that do business with QVC have people sitting in QVC offices working with the vendor and qvc. If they don't deliver, I will be heart broken that QVC let me down--for I have only had good things to say about QVC, , but also let me down for a christmas gift.

Update : today my order page says BACKORDERED. what a DISSAPOINTMENT and totally not in good faith of qvc.....5 phone calls in two days and no one says this...but reassures me it is on it's way...and no email or anything. This is so crappy and not like QVC usually operates. Now I am short a gift.

I pre ordered and didn't get one. I was notified today that even though I had a UPS tracking number, it never left the warehouse..they canceled my order today and issued a refund. I am so sad !
