I won't be tuning in today for the simple reason that I disagree with some of the opinions that Dr. Gundry preaches. Whoever said you had to get all your vitamins and nutrients in one sitting? I understand the premise of this product, but given a choice I would rather actually eat broccoli and all other veggies, which I love. A good thing to remember when taking any kind of vitamin or supplement is that some vitamins are water soluble, meaning that, for example even if you DID eat 12 cups of broccoli, your body will take /use just what it needs from those water soluble vitamins and then your body will excrete the excess! Fat soluble vitamins stay in the body for longer, which is why your Physician might put you on vitamin D, for example, if your lab testing shows you are deficient. And because you can get too much vitamin D, vitamin K and vitamin E, they are recommended in lower daily doses. I guess I would rather eat varied delicious veggies at meal times, instead of eating these supplements. I do realize there are those that cannot and so there is a need for supplements. But they are just not for me.

I totally agree with you. They made no mention that people with certain medical condition can not take these gummies as well.

Andrew Lessman has never made gummy vitamins and never will.He has stated that many times when selling his vitamins.. I would never buy these supplements for myself..I am leary of all these so called experts. To each their own choices.

An awful way to get Vitamin D and a ridiculous price. First ingredient is maltitol, which is a bad alternative sweetener. Besides that, Vitamin D3 should be taken with K2 for better absorption. Gundry knows better and is making a killing on this junk.
There are numerous more affordable options for a tiny little softgel or capsule that can be taken with a little water. Ballpark 5,000 IU's of D3 & 200 mcg of MK-7 Vitamin K, 200-300 count, under $30.

Gundry is not only a quack, but since he knows he's pushing bs products, that also makes him an AHole.
