I purchased this TSV in both sizes (waitlisted on 12.5)  I plan to return the 10.25 as it is too small for my needs.

The one thing I noticed is the handle was uncomfortable.  I saw other Gotham Steel pans in the store this past weekend and they had a much nicer handle, I think I may be cancelling the larger pan.

I'm worried I will have difficulty handling the larger, heavier pan since the handle has uncomfortable edges.

How are you liking this pan?

Am I the only one that had the colored enamel on the bottom of the pan flake off during cooking and stick to my glass top stove, which I had to scrub to get off?

I purchased the Gotham pan to replace a QVC Technique pan that was peeling.

I discovered that the pan has to be very hot before it's nonstick. Otherwise it doesn't release. The handle is THE WORST! It is VERY sharp and uncomfortable. It is a huge disappointment.
