One good thing about those Goli gummies is that they contain KSM-66 ashwaghanda root extract which is the highest in purity and most researched in the market. KSM-66 is a branded name of root extract made by Ixoreal Biomed located in India.

FOR THOSE THAT DO NOT MIND THE SMALL AMOUNT OF SUGAR, I CAN TESTIFY THAT ACV DEFINITLY DECREASES HUNGER AND BLOATING. THE OTHER VERY MUCH HELPS WITH CALMING AND DESTRESSING. WOULD NOT BE WITHOUT AS THEY WORK FOR ME.
I CERTAINLY UNDERSTAND WE ALL HAVE DIFFERENT NEEDS AND EXPERIENCES WITH PRODUCTS, AS WELL AS WHAT WE WANT OR CHOSE NOT TO HAVE IN A PRODUCT. JUST HAPPEN TO HAVE GREAT RESULTS WITH IT.
HAVE A GREAT REST OF THE WEEKEND!

What is ashwagandha? both are short vowels, the host is pronoucing it as AshwagAndha. Wrong. Please read about the culture and give them the credit before using the products.

I take these daily. I purchase from Goli, better prices and discounts with
free shipping. If TSV had free shipping on these, it would be a good deal.
They are sold in stores also. Walmart and Rite Aid sell them. Rite Aid
occasionally gives offers like $10 off $40, prices vary.
Check around before you purchase, pays to do a little work and save
a few bucks.

Some of the other Goli I have bought, not from QVC.

If you purchased them yesterday, like I did, it was free shipping.

The Goli vendor is saying take a total of 6 gummies every single day. Two ACV in the AM, two in the afternoon, and two Ashwagandha in the evening.
Over time, that's a lot of added sugar, and calories.
60 cal/day of ACV + 25 cal/day of Ash = 85/day
2,550 extra calories per month

If a person eats processed food, which many people do, then that amount of sugar is not a whole lot compared to what's in most processed foods...seriously.

Any gummie is not healthy.

Ashwagandha is best to take in an organic herbal form via capsule, do research before downing a "gummie" - Remember when Flinstonoes were kids vitamins? Now they make everything into a gummie, there is no way I would take anything in Gummie form...
