MEH! Think they are trying too hard.

Did they invent a new name for the black and white opaque stone-White buffalo?

Thought it was called amazonite.

What is the item of the item you are referring to?  Amazonite is a blueish green stone, not black/white.

White Buffalo stone isn't one of the options for the TSV. Where are you seeing the White Buffalo?

BTW, 'White Buffalo' is a trade name for the mineral calcite mined in Nevada.

@rms1954 You are correct! I just E-Bayed White Buffalo and it is a lovely stone. I was wrong.

I buy less and less jewelry here and gravitate more and more to etsy and amazon for things I want, am looking for, or just plain seek and find. Big pieces, medium sized, small, it doesn't matter, both sites have a lot of it. Etsy vendors really create and bring in all sorts of specialized pieces with stones I may want, both sterling and real gold or even nicely plated.

There are very few pieces here I'd buy, it's either too bold and/or way out of my price range.

I bought two gemstone rings from the JMH Jewellery collection. Very affordable on sale. Got the idea to search, after deciding quickly that the tsv ring was overpriced. At least for me.
