Re: Galentines sweatshirt TYPO

I ordered two and am keeping mine.  I don't think it was deceptive .... just a mistake that no one noticed.  I didn't look at mine that close. It's hand-written and some people have messy handwriting.

Re: Galentines sweatshirt TYPO

Why did they talk about all of the embellishments and the phrases on the shirt besides that one? Additionally the shirt itself is not good quality and seems to be the type that will start getting fuzzy. There is no way that everyone involved in the shirt, production, hosts, etc did not notice that. I noticed the first minute taking it out of the bag without even trying. They were more interested in making sales.

@Sweety89   Wow!  That's a new low!  I can't believe they'd even try to send them out like that!

I don't understand it either...and I wrote a review yesterday, but it never got posted. I'm sure others have, too...but it shows no reviews.

Re: Galentines sweatshirt TYPO

@rms1954 - It has nothing to do with "messy handwriting".  It's misspelled.

Someone along the production line should have caught that error before it ever made it to air.  There's a quality inspection process for every product.  This one failed.

And, as someone said, for the amount of time they spent pointing out every other saying on this top, they skipped over the one with the misspelling.

It's fine that you're happy to keep yours, but @Sweety89 has a legitimate point.  I don't for a minute think "no one noticed".

@Sweety89 I'm sorry that the items weren't as you expected & what a mess that QVC tried to hide this problem!

I have had the same thing. I made several returns using their "start a return" system, dropped them off at the post office over a week ago and still no update on the status. I'll have to reach out to QVC to get them to check on it. I wish I didn't have to spend extra time doing it but I want my refund!

Basically QVC is hoping customers don't notice the error. Or if they do notice, they do so after the return window is closed. Or they notice but don't care or find it too much trouble to return.

But imagine your friend loving your fun shirt and she's checking out all the cute sayings and embellishments. And then she lands on that unfortunate goof. 😳

This was a collaboration between Alina and Mally. Apparently one of them can't spell. LOL!!!

Re: Galentines sweatshirt TYPO

I cannot believe they sent out with a word spelled wrong; why didn't anyone catch this!  That is just bad manufacturing. I would avoid that brand. I see its Ali and Mally; says alot about their quality control.  Make sure you email or call that they are defective because people who scan in the returns don't look at the slip or else ignore anything written on it.

Re: Galentines sweatshirt TYPO

A couple months ago, wasn’t there an NFL jersey or jacket that had a misspelling that of either the team name or city? That was bad too Smiley Sad
