Is it my imagination or is both QVC and HSN charging s&h on more and more tsv's? Did the TSV always have free s&h or was it just occasionally? Sometimes the savings isn't enough to cover s&h so I don't bother buying.

I thought they always charged s/h on TSVs but then since I've only bought one TSV in the 20+ years I've been watching, I'm no authority--LOL!!!

Been watching for 10 plus years.  Free shipping is an occasional thing, hit or miss.  Never have I ever seen it on all TSVs, all the time.

Thru end of October when Q card is used on TSV free shipping included

I closed my Q card, it didn't have many benefits.

plus, now most of the special value items aren't so special!

My recollection is that HSN frequently offered free s/h on their TS's, but it was less frequent on QVC.

I have never known TSVs to necessarily be free shipping.

I don't see a change....sometimes they are free ship, but not the rule really.

I once had a Q card and  not enough space to explain the problems I had.  Never again.  Seemed the credit card company had its own agenda and because of return information was not shared I was charged interest for late payment.  A real mixup that took 6 months to settle.  No one wanted to own up to the mistake.

I remember when almost all TSV's were free shipping.  I have plenty of jeans, boots, coats & beauty items so paying off my account. Done with the Q.

I wish it was 1 purchase a day on Q card instead of only on the TSV.  I haven't been interested in any of the TSV's lately.
