@SandGirl I am late seein gthis. I hope you didn't buy it. I had two of these and they both quit after a update 2 years later. I went on their site to find that many others had the same issues. They would do nothing to help us even though many had the same complaints. Apple is the way to go.

@BalletBabe dang it, I did BUT I can return it. I've been so happy with my Charge 2, I even have a hairline crack on the screen and it keeps going, I think I've had it about 5 years now, no issues at all not even once.

@SandGirl Almost everyone on their forums is complaining and no one has had theirs lasting for more then 2 years some less. We all lost the whole thing at the update. That to me is a software issue and IMO they should take care of their customers. Then they deleted a lot of the complaints. They are crooked IMO. Good luck I wish I would have seen your post that night :0(
