I was tempted to purchase this item before, and again last night. After reading reviews it was a big NO for me. I'm disappointed, as I'd love to have it for days when the weather is unpleasant for my daily outdoor walks.
There are lots of problems and complaints reported, with poor CS from Fitnation. It seems some are delighted and don't have issues, but far too many do. I'd probably fall into that group.
I feel it's overpriced for potential problems. It's a very simple treadmill; it shouldn't have that many issues. It should function well for several years, with minimal maintenance. I can't imagine having to box that thing up to send back.
Btw, read that the 30 day fitness program doesn't even have a walking session. It has multiple other exercises but no virtual walking, or hikes. What? Sold with a treadmill? Maybe it's changed but, maybe not. Now, that's just crazy, if true.
@BlueFinch FYI if you are really interested in this type of treadmill look at Amazon. They have the similar style of treadmill just difference brand names for just over $300 which is much closer to the price I think this treadmill should be. It is in NO way worth $500 as a sale price.
@mimomof4 Yes, thanks. I plan to check out Ammy, too. I totally agree that around $300 would be a reasonable price for such a basic treadmill. Might have to go back to my walking in place exercise programs, when it's unpleasant outside -- Lol.
