It looks comfortable, too.

Wondering how does it work?

Can we use it as a chair when not exercising?

'More or less', 'Right or wrong', 'In general', and 'Just thinking out loud ' (as usual).

Hopefully it's fully assembled.

I'm interested.

It kinda reminds me of the Slim Gym exercise thing my dad bought in the late 60's.  LOL

I recently bought a Teeter that was the special on HSN. It is big and heavy but I like it. I am in my late seventies and  it is the one I needed thankfully.

I can see how this might be effective (especially for seniors), but it seems expensive to me for just working the core.  Maybe I missed something -- does it work out anything else?

I read most of the manual and there is some assembly. I believe there are also parts that have to be loosened before it can be folded. Hope this helps, especially if you need to fold it after every use.

I was thinking about this so I went online for reviews. Comments were that it was very difficult to assemble.....loads of parts dumped out of the box. That answers it for me, no thanks.

Omg, @JeanLouiseFinch , it looks exactly the same as the Slim - Gym!

@wakefield64 --I found a video on YpuTube showing how to assemble it, and it didn't really look too hard to do. I certainly hope not since I went ahead and ordered it. Compared to some other things I've had to put together, this should be fairly easy (cross my fingers).

I just checked a moment ago and it was still listed for the same price, plus I discovered the video I watched is actually right on Q's description page. Maybe if you watched it, you might reconsider?
