Estee Lauder Double Wear Stay-In-Place Makeup

This is apparently the TSV for Tueday, March 16.  I have heard very good things about it, but I have no idea how to determine shades.  I am a medium-light with neutral undertones and have looked on any number of sites to try and find a shade.  It is truly overwhelming.

The next time that I hear salt and ice together, it better be in a margarita!

@MW in Iowa  Thanks for letting me know.  I must not have read the email correctly.

I enjoyed the 1 hr kick off of Estée Lauder at midnite. I’ve been wearing the brand for My skincare + cosmetics for 25 years. Nice to see it on the Q.

@SXMGirl @There's a shade for everyone, at least if you purchase through Macy's or EL online, however, the Original Doublewear Stay in Place does not work well if you have dry skin.

Re: Estee Lauder Double Wear Stay-In-Place Makeup

I'm not interested in the TSV serum, but the Double Wear foundation is the very best foundation I have ever used.  I've been using it for about 10 years, or more.  Perfect skin match, and I never need any of those powder veils to set my foundation -- it lasts all day, all on it's own!

I'll stray and try other foundations, but I always have DW to come back to in confidence.

DW used to be my go to for foundation.  I haven't used it in years though as I no longer wanted or needed a full coverage foundation.  But if I did, I would buy this in a minute.

@Lipstickdiva   It's quite a versatile foundation. It can be used as full coverage or mized with a bit of your moisturizer to make it medium or light coverage. It's one of my favorites.

Does it have spf.  I like a foundation that has spf .  I use bare minerals radiance with spf, or It for full coverage if I am going to be sitting out at the pool.  It has spf 50.  I won't go outdoors without spf.

@Catch71   No spf in the foundation which is great for me. I'd rather wear my own and apply it on my neck and chest. I don't think many women use a teaspoon (recommended amount of sunscreen) of foundation and apply it evenly over their faces and definitely don't put foundation on their necks.
